Job Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification: 
 
•    Graduate in any discipline (BBA/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ B.A).
•    MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 
 
•    Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, Pharma/Healthcare Marketing, or Client Handling.
•    Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Age Limit: Between 21 to 35 years.

Skills:
 
 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong presentation skills and customer-handling ability.
•    Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
•    Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
•    Should be target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
•    Problem-solving ability and positive attitude.
 
Personal Requirements: 

• Pleasant personality and professional behavior.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
•    Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
•    Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement.
•    Identify business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
•    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/relationship targets.
•    Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
•    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports.
•    Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
•    Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a great customer experience.
•    Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on performance and client updates.
•    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategies.
•    Support promotional events, campaigns, and field activities when required.
 
Language Requirements: 

• Fluency in English and local language.
• Hindi communication preferred (optional).
