1. Executive Trainee (Operations)

No of posts:
10-12

Pay: Gross Stipend/Salary Rs. 20,000 + Local Conveyance for first 12 Months. On successful completion of 1 year probation/training period, Gross Salary will be approximately Rs. 32,600/- (As Executive).

Age Limit: The age limit for applying is 27 years.

Place of Posting:

Eligibility Criteria:


The organisation is looking for passionate young persons who have urge to work for rural disadvantaged communities to bring meaningful changes in their lives, with 16 years of education having at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the last qualified exams.

Candidates with B.sc & M.sc Agri, B.sc & M.sc in Fishery, B.Vsc will be given preference.

2. Divisional Coordinator (FNHW Project)

2

Pay: As per relevant experience

Age Limit: The age limit for applying is 30 years.

Place of Posting:
Upper Assam and Barak Valley

Eligibility Criteria:


# 3 years of experience in Relevant field.
# Excellent communication, presentation, Documentation and facilitation skills.
# Ability to work independently, management of the project.

3. Trainer (NODE Project)

No of posts:
1

Pay: As per years of relevant experience

Age Limit:
The age limit for applying is 35 years.

Place of Posting: Guwahati, Assam

Eligibility Criteria:


# Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and delivering organizational development and training programs.
# Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
# Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
# Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
# Candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
