Chief Minister’s Jibon Prerana Scheme Continuing its commitment to empower the youth, the Government of Assam has launched the Chief Minister’s Jibon Prerana Scheme on 3rd of November 2025. It is an initiative of the Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department.

Gunotsav Gunotsav is an effort of Government of Assam started in 2017 for the first time to track the performance of every child in elementary and secondary level, assess their individual learning gap and devise remedial measures to be taken for their improvement. It is an accountability framework for improving quality of education which includes learning outcomes of children along with co-scholastic activities and use of resources including community participation.   

Atmanirbhar Assam 2025 – Online Application Started for CMAAA 2.0

Atmanirbhar Assam 2025 In a bid to encourage entrepreneurship among the youth of Assam, Government of Assam led by Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma announced a new scheme during the cabinet meeting held on 12th September 2023. The name of the scheme is Chief Minister's Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan (CMAAA) . Atmanirbhar Asom is basically an initiative to support the budding youth in their entrepreneurial journey through robust monetary and policy support.   

Mission Basundhara 3.0 – Assam Land Records Online Update Portal

Mission Basundhara Mission Basundhara is a flagship program launched on 2nd October 2021 by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Govt. of Assam . Under the leadership of chief minister of Assam, "Mission Basundhara" has been developed in a bid to streamline and resolve and to make land revenue services more accessible to citizens .   

Mission Bhumiputra – Assam Caste Certificate Online Apply

Online Caste Certificate Apply Mission Bhumiputra is an another path breaking initiative of Government of Assam to carry forward the government’s mission of easy public service to the common people. Under this initiative, government will issue caste certificates to students through digital means and the manual system of issuing caste certificates stopped. Now onwards, students may submit online applications for Scheduled Caste Certificate, Scheduled Tribe (Hills) Certificate, Scheduled Tribe (Plains) Certificate and OBC/MOBC Certificate through Mission Bhumiputra portal.   

Learner Driving Licence – Online Apply & Download DL

Learner Driving Licence 2023 As per Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, no person shall drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds an effective driving licence issued to him authorizing him to drive the vehicle. So, driving licence is a mandatory entity to drive any vehicle.   

Assam Orunodoi Scheme – Eligibility Criteria, Application Form & Beneficiary List

Assam Orunodoi Scheme   ‘Orunodoi’ or Arunodoi Scheme is a scheme of Government of Assam launched on 2nd October 2020. ‘Orunodoi’ scheme aims to provide Financial Assistance of Rs. 1250 per month through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme to around 27.61 lakh Families in the state. Scheme beneficiaries receive the amount on the tenth day of every month, starting from October, 2020. Women being primary caretaker of family are kept as beneficiaries of the scheme.  The then Finance Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, now Chief Minister, announced the Orunodoi scheme, described as the 'foremost bead' among the Ashtadash Mukuta Unnoyonee Maala, in his 2020-21 Budget speech.  

Online Khazana Payment – SewaSetu e-Khazana Portal

Online Khazana Payment Govt. of Assam with the help of RTPS or SewaSetu Portal , created under the World Bank Financed Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project has launched several services to provide the delivery of notified public services to the people of the state of Assam within the stipulated time limit. One such recently launched service is called e-Khazana , initiated by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Assam.   

ABHINANDAN Scheme Assam 2020, Online Application

Abhinandan Scheme Assam 2020 Abhinandan Scheme is an education loan subsidy scheme by government of Assam for pursuing higher education for the children of the permanent residents of Assam. By this scheme Government of Assam is to provide Rs. 50,000/- to all loanees who have availed education loans sanctioned till 31st March, 2019. Further all education loans sanctioned during 2019-2020 shall also be eligible for this subsidy.
