Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Store Operations to ensure smooth functioning of both the Pharmacy and Retail sections while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Lead and Supervise the Store Team by managing staff schedules, assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company process and policies.
- Drive Sales and Store Performance by achieving sales targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, executing promotional campaigns, and maintaining high merchandising standards.
- Manage Inventory and Stock Accuracy by monitoring stock availability, minimizing stock losses, coordinating with the warehouse, and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence by maintaining hygiene, safety, statutory requirements, billing accuracy, cash management, and pharmacy compliance as per company policies.
- Prepare Daily Reports and Coordinate with Head Office by submitting sales, inventory, and operational reports, resolving customer concerns, and implementing corporate initiatives effectively.
