1. Customer Service Representative – Outbound Calling

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience (In Inbound/Outbound Call Center)
Other Requirements: Should be Fluent in speaking Assamese and Hindi with minimum Typing Speed of 20 WPM with 90% Accuracy.
Age Limit: 28 years
Shift: Morning Shift / Day Shift
Weekly Off: Rotational

Remuneration: In Hand = 12,000 + PF + ESIC + Bonus + Gratuity
Job Responsibilities:
• Call customers to collect feedback on our products and services.
• Reach out to inactive/churned customers and encourage them to reconnect with us.
• Follow up with customers on reorder timelines and assist in placing orders.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate with stores, warehouse, and other teams for resolution.
• Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and actions taken.
