Name of post: Health and Wellbeing Thematic Lead

Preferred: Women and other identities
Pay: Rs 35,000/- to 40,000/- pm
Educational Qualification: Preferably Masters in Public Health and Epidemiology.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in managing projects and people.
Requirements:
# Regular formatted interaction with all stakeholders including partner NGOs, Psychiatrists, MOs, patients.

# Regular formatted interaction with all stakeholders including partner NGOs, Psychiatrists, MOs, patients.
# Knowledge of project cycle elements, project proposal development, monitoring and evaluation.
# Regular client/patient satisfaction feedback.
# Increasing range of services, counselling, ensuring compliance of legal necessities like monthly tally of drugs in physical vs electronic records, drug storage, patient confidentiality, prescription and system audits, besides usual supervisory responsibilities for man-money-material management
# Knowledge of computer knowledge with excellent command on MS Excel, and other database
and statistical applications (Epi Info, STATA, etc)
# Excellent fluency in English both verbal and written.
# Teamwork, adaptability, Coordination & good interpersonal skills.
