Educational Qualification and Experience
Grade III Employee:
a) Candidate must have Bachelor Degree from any recognised University.
b) Candidate must have working knowledge of an educational institution as Grade III Employee.
c) Candidate must have One year Computer Course.
Grade III Employee (Examination):
a) Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
b) Candidate must have PG Diploma in Computer Application with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and handling Examination Management Software.
c) Candidate must have ability to maintain digital records and data confidentiality. Knowledge of online examination systems and result processing.
d) Candidates must have experience in processing examination records, tabulation, preparation of results, marks sheets, certificates and related documentation.
e) Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in examination-related confidential work in a University/ Board/ Autonomous Institution.
Grade IV Employee:
a) Candidate must have passed HSLC or an equivalent examination from any recognised.
b) Candidate must have working knowledge of an educational institution as Grade IV Employee.
Other Criteria
Citizenship: The Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Fitness: He/she must be medically fit both in mind and in body-a certificate duly signed by the District Medical Officer, Nagaon District or any competent Registered Medical Officer, approved by the Vice-Chancellor, shall have to be produced.
Character Certificate: A certificate about good character from the Head of the Institution last attended or served shall accompany the application.

Application Fee of MSSV Nagaon Recruitment
An amount of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees five hundred) only has to be deposited by candidates in the Accounts Branch of the University. However, the fee can be deposited by demand draft in favour of “REGISTRAR, MAHAPURUSHA SRIMANTA SANKARADEVA VISWAVIDYALAYA” payable at “State Bank of India, Nagaon Main Branch (IFSC: SBIN0000146)”.
