Indian Navy 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme 2026
Indian Navy has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) – January 2027 from unmarried men and women candidates . Interested and eligible candidates may apply online here.
On successfully completed the course, candidates will be awarded a 4 year B Tech course at the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala as well as commissioned as Permanent Commissioned Officers in Technical branches of Indian Navy. Minimum educational qualification is 10+2 pass with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII.

Selection Process
Shortlisting
Naval Headquarters will shortlist the applications based on JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) - 2026.
SSB Interview
SSB interviews for shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at Bengaluru/ Bhopal/ Kolkata/Visakhapatnam from Sep 2026 onwards.
Common Merit list
Merit list would be prepared based on SSB marks and medical fitness. Candidates would be appointed subject to Police Verification and Character Verification & availability of vacancies in the entry.
