- Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream, though degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering are highly preferred.
- Specialized Expertise: Mastery over Verbal Reasoning (coding-decoding, blood relations, syllogism) and Non-Verbal Reasoning (pattern recognition, data interpretation, spatial reasoning).
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Designing comprehensive study materials, presentations (PPTs), and practice tests.
- Doubt Resolution: Conducting dedicated doubt-clearing sessions and mock test analyses.
- Exam Strategies: Keeping updated with the latest exam patterns and teaching smart, time-saving shortcut techniques.
Desirable Soft Skills:
- Clear Communication: Ability to break down complex logical puzzles into simple, understandable concepts.
- Classroom Management: Engaging and interactive teaching style to keep students motivated.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfort with online teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) if taking remote or hybrid classes.
