Secondary Education Department, Assam has released the schedule for distribution of Free Textbooks for Class XII/ HS 2nd year students under AHSEC.
As already announced by Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is going to distribute Free text books to the Class XII students under Secondary Education Department, Assam starting from 26th May 2020.
Free Textbooks for Class XII will be delivered to the eligible Students from 26th May to 28th May, 2020. All students are requested to follow the COVID-19 protocols and collect Books from their respective Schools or from selected locations.
Education and health minister asked all the students to maintain social distancing norms as well as wear masks in a bid to fight COVID-19.
