“Cyber Shikshaa”: C-DAC Silchar Training Program for Women Engineering Graduate

Microsoft & Data security council of India (DSCI) in association with ISEA of Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) are launched a training program “Cyber Shikshaa” for skilling women engineering graduates in the niche field of Cyber Security. 


As part of this program, C-DAC, MeitY’s premier R&D institution for the design, development and deployment of electronics and ICT technologies, would be conducting training programs exclusively for women and making them industry ready by imparting the requisite technical skills in the domain of Cyber Security. 

The program shall also entail placement assistance for the deserving candidates with the potential recruiters looking to hire for various job roles in Cyber Security.

Training centre in North East: C-DAC, NIT Campus, Silchar, Assam

Eligibility Criteria:

1.    Exclusive for Women
2.    Age bracket 21 -26 years old
3.    Completed B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, MSc – Computer Science/IT/Forensics
4.    Family Income less than 7 lacs per annum.

Highlights:
1.    4 months free training for good performance in entrance exam.
2.    Seat Capacity: 40 (North-East)
