Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released two (2) nos. of short employment notifications for the recruitment of 3477 Graduate Level posts and 1688 Under Graduate Level Posts in various Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways against Centralized Employment Notice no. CEN 06/2026 and CEN 07/2026 for Non Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) and Non Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) posts respectively.

1. Graduate Level Posts

Pay: Level 5 and 6 in 7th CPC
Age Limit: 18-33 years as on 01.01.2027.
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.

Other Criteria: Typing proficiency in English/ Hindi on computer is essential for the posts of Senior Clerk cum Typist and Junior Account Assistant cum Typist.

Pay: Level 2 and 3 in 7th CPC
Age Limit: 18-30 years as on 01.01.2027.
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent.

Payment Mode: Candidates can pay their exam fee through online mode using options like Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.
Note: For General/ OBC category candidates, an amount of ₹400 will be refunded after appearing in the 1st Stage CBT. For all other categories, the full fee of ₹250 will be refunded after appearing in the 1st Stage CBT.

Selection Process of RRB NTPC Vacancy
The recruitment process shall involve 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/ Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/ Medical Examination. Selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of above-mentioned recruitment stages.
