Acquisition:
● Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal
● Verification of the location & house before on-boarding the property
● Pitch about the company policies & convincing the owner
● Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner
Property Management:
● Manage bulk properties, including but not limited to, doing service and maintenance overview, inspection of the property, follow on rent collections and send reminders, when needed.
Language: Fluency in Assamese , English and Hindi is must .
Job Location: Guwahati
* Two wheeler is compulsory for this position.
