1. Service Delivery Intern
No of posts: 1
Age Limit: 21–30 years
Educational Qualification:
# Bachelor’s degree in any stream but preferably Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field.
# Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
# Fluency in Assamese preferable.
Skills Required:
# Strong ability to analyze data and create clear, concise reports.
# Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
# Basic knowledge of ticketing tools or service management frameworks is a plus.
# Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive.
# IT support background/knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Developer

Age Limit: 28-35 years
Educational Qualification:
# Minimum B.E./ B. Tech in any specialization or MCA.
# Overall Experience in design, implementation and management of Application systems.
# 7 or more years of experience in large and complex IT systems development and
implementation projects.
# Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
# Fluency in Assamese preferred.
3. Database Administrator
No of posts: 2
Age Limit: 28-35 years
Educational Qualification:
# B.E./ B. Tech in any specialization or MCA. DBA certification or related certifications is preferable.
# Overall Experience in design, implementation and management of database systems.
# 7 or more years of experience in large and complex IT systems development and
implementation projects.
# Experienced in Database Management.
# Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
# Fluency in Assamese preferable.
4. Project Manager
No of posts: 1
Age Limit: 31-41 years
Educational Qualification:
# B.E./ B. Tech in any specialization or MCA.
# An MBA is preferable but not mandatory.
# 10 or more years of experience in large and complex IT system implementation projects.
# Experience in at least two projects involving the implementation of IT systems for a user base of 1,000 at the national/sub-national level or in a Public Sector Unit (PSU), both in India or abroad. This experience should be in the capacity of Project Management in the public finance and/or related domains.
# Additionally, familiarity with projects compliant with ISO/CMMI standards and
processes is desirable.
# Experience in financial domain IT project of GOI/ State Govt/ PSU/ BFSI
# Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
# Fluency in Assamese preferable.
