Pay: Selected candidates shall receive remuneration in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and decisions of Auniati University.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates shall possess the qualifications prescribed under the applicable UGC norms for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor.
- Preference shall be given to candidates possessing a Ph.D. Degree in the relevant discipline. Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. may also be considered, subject to their academic merit and the requirements of the University.
- Preference shall be given to experienced teachers having :
(i) at least one year of teaching experience at the University level, or
(ii) five years of teaching experience at a recognized college.
Selection Process
Selection process consists of following three stages :
(i) Academic qualifications and credentials
(ii) Personal Interview and
(iii) Teaching Demonstration (Demo Class)
Every candidate shall deliver a Demo Class of not less than five (5) minutes before the Selection Committee. The teaching demonstration shall be assessed as an integral component of the selection process.
