Additional qualifications in HR/Personnel Management (MBA/PG Diploma) are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in SAP ERP HCM implementation, support, or rollout, covering PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
