Assam Direct Recruitment Correction
State Level Recruitment Commissions (SLRC) have released two notifications regarding opening of correction window for the candidates who submitted their ADRE applications with wrong particulars. The application correction window for Assam Direct Recruitment will be open from 11 Am of 5th January to 18th January 2024. All those candidates who entered any wrong details, may now correct their particulars through this correction window. In this section, we will elaborate the entire process of correction of Assam Direct Recruitment online application process to our visitors.
There will not be any option to change Candidate’s Registered Mobile No., Photograph and Signature.
How to Correct or Edit ADRE Application Form?
The candidates who desire to edit their application may login with their Application Number & Password and follow the steps as described below.
• Scroll down, go to Important Web-Links section .
• Click on Online Correction Form link .
• Login using your Application Number & Password .
• Click on Edit Profile Menu.
• An OTP will be sent to candidate’s registered number and OTP Page will be displayed.
• Enter OTP and verify.
• Application Form will be displayed in edit mode.
• To edit Candidate’s Name & Employment Registration id, instead of direct edit option, there will be an option:
# Do You want to Change?
# If clicked ‘Yes’ then a text box will be displayed where candidate can enter their correct Name or Employment Registration id respectively.
# This new value will be saved as ‘Request Change’ but old values of Name & Registration id will be kept as it is.
• There will not be any option to change Candidate’s Registered Mobile No., Photograph and Signature. All other information can be edited including preferential appointment under the Assam Public Service (Preferential Appointment) Rules, 1999.
• After completion of Edit, candidate need to Click on ‘Update’ Button. A page will be displayed where the candidate can take print out of their Application Form and Lock the Profile.
• After Locking Profile candidate cannot make any changes in Application form.
• Click on Edit Profile Menu.

Assam Direct Recruitment 2023
Respective State Level Recruitment Commissions of Govt. of Assam have released two employment notifications for the recruitment of 12600 Grade III & Grade IV Vacancy under different departments / establishments in Government of Assam. These vacancies will be filled up by the recruitment rules framed by the newly constituted Assam Direct Recruitment Commission for Analogous Posts in Class III and Class IV Act 2021 and Assam Direct Recruitment for Class III and Class IV Analogous Posts Rules 2022. A single written exam along with skill test or interview will be held for each category of posts and a merit list will be prepared accordingly for appointment.

How to Apply for Assam Direct Recruitment?
Interested and eligible candidates may apply online for these vacancy of Govt. of Assam under the 1 Lakh Employment Scheme initiated by Chief Minister of Assam. They may follow below mentioned steps to apply online.

As First step, a candidate has to do common registration in the portal before proceeding with filling of the online application of Class III posts Or Class IV posts. Candidate may register from either of the Class III or Class IV Website. For example - If a candidate regísters for Class III Post then he/she need not register again for Class IV Post. Candidate may fill the application form with the same registration ID either for Class III posts or for Class IV posts or for both as per eligibility.

Assam Direct Recruitment Online Application Portal
Selection Process of Assam Direct Recruitment
Assam Direct Recruitment Commission will conduct separate competitive examinations for selection of candidates for different category of posts. Accordingly, commission will select candidates for recommendation on merit, in order of higher Grade Pay taking into consideration reservations for SC, ST, OBC and other categories.
The detail selection process of ADRE 2023 has not been released. As per official notification, scheme of examination will be published at least one week before the conduct of written test. Hence, candidates are requested to check the last year's selection process to get a sample idea about the exam as described below.
The examinations shall be held separately on different dates so as to enable higher degree holders to appear in more than one examination.
Bachelor’s Degree Level
The commission will organize separate examination as per the following eligibility qualifications for the posts.
# Bachelor’s Degree.
# Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Skill.
# Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
# Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

ADRE Merit List
The preparation of merit list for appointment against various category of posts will be executed through following stages.
