SEBA to Declare HSLC and AHM Results 2020 in First Week of May

The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) is expecting to declare the results of High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Assam High Madrassa (AHM) by the first week of May 2020.

We are positive about announcing the results in the first week of May. The examinations were held smoothly with a number of measures taken by the Board to ensure proper security and discipline throughout the examination process. Similarly, a number of measures have been taken to ensure accurate and timely announcement of the results,” SEBA chairman RC Jain told to media persons.

Work is on at the 39 evaluation centres of the State to meet the deadline. Last year, the exam results were announced on May 15.

This year around 9,707 AHM candidates and 3,48,739 HSLC candidates appeared for the board examination In 860 centres in the states. The 2020 HSLC or matriculation and the Assam High Madrassa (AHM) examinations began from February 10 to February 29. All the exams were conducted under CCTV cameras.
