(i) Passed Bachelor's Degree with Major/Honours in Mathematics with minimum 45% marks from a Government recognized University/ Institute. Must have Physics and Chemistry as core/pass subject in Graduation.
(ii) Passed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
(iii) Must have passed Class 10 with Assamese as MIL or Elective subject and must be capable of teaching in both Assamese and English medium.
