1. Professor in Political Science
No of post: 1 post 
Essential Qualification:
Either (A) (i) A Master’s Degree in Political Science from a recognized University with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) (ii) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum
of 10 publications as books and /or research/policy papers (iii) A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in University/College having at least 5 years teaching experience at post-graduate level and/or experience in research at the University/National level Institutions, including experience of successfully guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. (iv) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching-learning process (v) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) set by UGC. Or (B) An outstanding professional, with established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials.
Scale of pay: Rs. 37,600 – Rs. 67,000 with grade pay of Rs. 10,000

2. Associate Professor in English
No of post: 1 post  
Essential Qualification: (i) A Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) (ii) Good Academic Record with Ph.D degree from recognized university in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline. (iii) A minimum of eight years of teaching experience and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of five publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (iv) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching-learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. (v) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) set by UGC.
Scale of pay: Rs. 37,600 – Rs. 67,000 with grade pay of Rs. 9,000  

3. Associate Professor in History

4. Associate Professor in Computer Science

Essential Qualification: (i) A Master’s Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) (ii) Good Academic Record with Ph.D degree from recognized university in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline. (iii) A minimum of eight years of teaching experience and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of five publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (iv) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching-learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. 5. Associate Professor in Teacher Education
No of post: 1 post  
Essential Qualification: (i) Either a Master’s Degree in any discipline with M.Ed. degree or a Master degree in Education with B.Ed. degree from a recognized University with 55% marks in both the examinations (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) . (ii) Good Academic Record with Ph.D degree from a recognized university in the concerned discipline. (iii) A minimum of eight years of teaching experience and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of five publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (iv) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching-learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. (v) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) set by UGC.
Scale of pay: Rs. 37,600 – Rs. 67,000 with grade pay of Rs. 9,000  

6. Assistant Professor in History
No of post: 1 post  
Essential Qualification:
(i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed), at the Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized University. (ii) Qualifying in the National/State Level Eligibility Test (NET/SLET) conducted for the purpose by UGC or any other agency approved by UGC. However, candidates, who are awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the “University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree) Regulations, 2009”, shall be exempted from requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET.
Scale of pay:  Rs. 15,600/–  to Rs. 39,100/- with grade pay of Rs. 6,000/-  

7. Assistant Librarian
No of post: 1 post  
Essential Qualification:
(i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed), at the Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science from a recognized University. (ii) Qualifying in the National/State Level Eligibility Test (NET/SLET) conducted for the purpose by UGC or any other agency approved by UGC. However, candidates, who are awarded Ph.D. degree in accordance with the “University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree) Regulations, 2009”, shall be exempted from requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET.
Scale of pay:  Rs. 15,600/–  to Rs. 39,100/- with grade pay of Rs. 6,000/-  

8. Assistant Section Officer
No of post: 1 post  
Essential qualification:
(i) A bachelor degree in any discipline. (ii) 4 years of working experience in any institution of higher education. (iii) A minimum of 40 % marks in each of the public examinations right from matriculation
Scale of pay:  Rs. 8,000/–  to Rs. 35,000/- with grade pay of Rs. 4,400/-  
9. Junior Assistant 
No of post: 4 posts
Essential qualification:
(i) A bachelor degree in any discipline (ii) Adequate knowledge of computer
Scale of pay:  Rs. 5,200/–  to Rs. 20,200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2,300/-  
10. Junior Accounts Assistant
No of post: 2 posts
Essential qualification:
(i) A bachelor degree in any discipline (ii) Adequate knowledge of computer
Scale of pay:  Rs. 5,200/–  to Rs. 20,200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2,300/-  
11. Grade IV
No of post: 7 posts [ST (P)-1 post, ST (H)-2 posts, SC- 2 posts, Gen.-2 posts]
Essential qualifications:
i) HSLC passed or equivalent
Scale of pay:  Rs. 4,560/–  to Rs. 15,000/- with grade pay of Rs. 1,700/-
