Applications are invited in Standard form as Published in Assam Gazette in Part IX from intending candidates who are citizen off India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the short fall posts as mentioned below which are lying vacant under the amalgamated establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari, Assam.
1. Name of the post: Office Peon
No. of post: 4 post (STP- 2, STH-1, OBC/MOBC-1)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed.
Scale of Pay: Pay band of Rs. 4,560-15,000/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 1,500/- per month plus other allowance as admissible from time to time as per rules.
2. Name of the post: Jarikarak
No. of post: 4 post (STP-1, STH-1, OBC/MOBC-1, UR-1)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed
Scale of Pay: Pay band of Rs. 4,560-15,000/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 1,600/- per month plus other allowance as admissible from time to time as per rules.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 38 years of age and not less than 18 years as on 01/01/2015. The upper age limit Is relaxable in case of SC. ST and ex-servicemen as per existing Rules.
Submission of application : Application in Standard Form together with self certified copies of all testimonials such as Educational Qualification Certificates. Age proof Certificate, Caste & differently able Certificate etc. may be submitted or delivered in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari during office hour on working days. The candidates must write name of the post applied for on the envelope “Application for the post of Peon / Jarikarak” (Please tick mark against Peon or Jarikarak, whichever is applicable).
Last hour & date of receipt of application : Within 5.00 PM of 18/05/2015. No application shall be entertained after last date of receipt. The application sent by post should also reach the office of the undersigned within the date and time mentioned above.
Photograph : Candidates shall have to submit 3 (Three) copies of recent passport size photograph, out of which 1 (One) copy shall have to be pasted (Not stapled) on the right top comer of the application form and to be signed by the candidates himself/hershelf in such a way that part of the signature falls on the photograph and part on the application form, and other two copies shall be signed on the front side and attached with the application form in small envelope. The applicant will have to furnish self signed bio-data on a separate plain paper along with the application stating 1. Name 2. Father’s/Husband’s Name 3. Address for communication 4. Date of birth 5. Educational Qualification 6. Caste 7. Employment Exchange No. 8. Contact Number.
Issue of Call Letter: Call letters will be issued to the candidates individually as well as it can be downloaded from the official website i.e. by visiting on http://nalbari.nlc.in & www.nalbari.gov.in.
Selection Procedure : Candidates will have to appear for an interview/Viva-voce of 50 marks. No T.A/D.A shall be borne by the Govt, for this purpose. Date & Venue of interview/ Viva-voce will be intimated in the call letter.
