Assam Gas Company Limited, Duliajan an ISO 9001-2008 Company (A Govt.of Assam Undertaking) and a pioneer in the Natural Gas Transportation Business is looking for Security Officer to be absorbed in its regular cadre as stated below.

Sr. Security Officer (Executive E02 Grade)
Or,
Dy. Manager (Security) (E03 Grade)

Min.Qualification: Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.


Experience: Must posses at least 05(five) years of Security related Experience as an Officer leading a team of armed / unarmed security personnel in any PSUs or large Private Sector Organizations and convergent with the security related norms and regulations. Preference will be given to the Ex-Commissioned Defence personnel in the rank of captain or equivalent or above in other Defence services or a Police Officer in the rank of DSP or above. Deserving Candidates with higher experience may be considered for the Post of Dy. Manager (security) in the E03 Grade.

Age: Maximum 48 years as on 01.07.12 with excellent physical condition. Age relaxation may be considered if the candidate is found suitable otherwise.

Remuneration: The Incumbent will be placed in the running Pay Band-IV ( Rs. 12000-40000) with Grade pay of Rs. 6300.00 pm or Rs.6400.00 depending upon E02 or E03 Grade . The total emoluments in the stated pay-band will be around Rs. 40,000.00 pm. Higher emoluments may be considered for deserving candidates.
